Shana Journal and Throwback Thursday

Ok, for the New Year, I have told myself I would do more on my blog and participate in more challanges.  Well Life seems to be the Challange at times.  I have managed to do a couple things.  I decided for Emma’s throwback challange on http://www.creativetimeforme.com/  to create a journal of sortes for myself.  I have just pretty much done the cover.  Used Twinkle Toes for the Top Note shape for all the album pages.  The cover and 12 pages inside are covered chipboard.  Then I have white pages to write on inside each “month” page inside.  Haven’t quite figured out what I will put in there, but felt the year I turn 40  should be marked some how.  I used Walk in My Garden for the Butterfly, and Storybook for the Lettering.  I used my new favorite paper Graphic 45 Once in A Springtime.  It is great and beautiful paper.   Hope you can find some inspiration.
