6. This Hippo Die cut was placed in center of card with dimentionals.

1. Stamp Otter holding fish on 1 3/4 in Thick basic white circle, Stamp other two otter images on 1 1/2 in Thick basic white circles. Hat on scrap and sentiment on strip, that I made banner with. All of these with tuxedo memento black ink. Color with blends of Smokey Slate, Balmy Blue, Color Lifter and Flirty Flamingo. Black Stampin Write for the noses again.
2. When done coloring images gently place facing forward to backside largest circle openings on Picture This balmy blue front that has been provided 4 x 5 1/4 piece. I secured with tear a way tape, so that it was secured down and I could use tape to secure to card base.
3. Then secure small provided Marble DSP circles to the small circle opening in the same manner.
4. Wrap strip of white frayed ribbon to bottom of this balmy blue secure on backside and secure this balmy blue piece to the Misty Moonlight Card base that is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 in folded in half vertically.
5. I took small strip of frayed ribbon and tied a square knot to ribbon fraying both ends.
6. I placed the birthday hat on one of the otters. The birthday sentiment I placed at the top coming from he right.
7. Layered Basic white sheet 4 in x 5 1/4 inside card due to darkness of card base.
