MOM’s Box and Mini

I had bought a kit from Prima, that was done up by Drew, on scappyhappiness.   I didn’t do the mini quite like his, but did learn alot from the ustream he did with the kit.   The mini was canvas and the pages where canvas and clear plastic pockets.   I made this for my Mom for Mother’s day, and filled it with some photos she had loose and some extras from my Grandmother’s stash of photos.  I ended up with over 30 pictures in it.  Could not believe how many pictures I got in there, but I just kept making pockets and tags.   Was so easy to do.   Thanks for all the ladies(and gentleman) I have learned from along the way.  Used my lindy stamp gang and some tattered angles for glimmer mist.   Had screens from Prima and Tattered angles  for stencil effects.  Tried to do mostly in red color as this is my moms favorite.  Used primarily Prima Paper and emblishments that I had stashed and came in the kit.   Different roses from Prima and a few from I am roses. I paid 35.00 for the kit and still had  some left over, esp since I used some other stuff.   Can’t believe how quickly these things can add up the cost.   But my mom is worth it and she loved it.  Thanks for looking.
