Sweet Treats

Merry Moose November 2020 Shana Sweet Treat Card Kit

I just love the Holiday season. I love being with family and giving out cards. So this month Sweet Treat is my last opportunity to get in another Holiday Card. If you are not aware of my Sweet Treat Card Kits, they are for anyone who purchases $25 or more during the month. This year with the world so crazy, we need to take more time to send cards and let people know we are thinking of them. We should do it more than just Christmas. But I guess this is the one time of the year we at least get those extended family members too! How can anyone not smile with this moose, he is so cuddly!!! Ok I would not want him in my back yard, but my card will work. My parents have had the raccoon visiting there chickens, so I better not send them that card!!

  1. Whisper White card base 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded in half 4 1/4 in horizontally.
    2.. Layer 4 in x 5 1/4 in Pacific Point on front.
  2. Snowflake Splendor DSP is 3 7/8 in x 5 1/8 in layered on card front.
  3. Then whisper white has 2 different layers of snow banks cut from curvy dies. that are 3 7/8 in across, with one snow bank wider than the other, so that the smaller can layer on top .
  4. Stamp sentiment “Merry Christmoose” on lower corner or edge of card, with Cherry Cobbler Ink.
  5. Now I am including a White stitched circle, you can stamp your moose on it, and leave it on the circle to adhere to card front or cut your moose out as in the photo for this card, the video with show the circle.
  6. The Moose is stamped with the body outline in Early Expresso Ink, then his inside portion is stamped with crumb cake. I then took a dark smokey slate blend and added a couple layers of ink to the antlers to darken. I then inked the scarf in cherry cobbler on Whisper White and trimmed glueing to moose neck. Adhere to Snow Bank.
  7. Adhere snowflake sequins to center of snowflakes on DSP.
  1. Early Expresso 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded in half 4 1/4 horizontally.
  2. Trimming the Town DSP 2 in X 5 1/4 in adhered on left side of Pear Pizzaz 4 in x 5 1/4
  3. Slope with Pool party paper adhered to bottom of card front from Curvy Dies.
  4. Wrap piece of sheer Pool Party ribbon at top of Pear Pizzaz / DSP and tie knot, leaving space for sentiment tag.
  5. Adhere down this Pear Pizazz/DSP/Pool Party layer.
  6. Stamp sentiment on small pool party oval and adhere at top over portion of ribbon.
  7. Stamp beaver on crumb cake stitched circle with early expresso. Color raccoon with light smokey slate and alter tail with dark. Stamp Santa hat with cherry cobbler and color in portion of hat with cherry cobbler.
  8. Adhere whisper white scallop that has been ran thru winter snow embossing folder to lower end of card over slope, and place crumb cake circle over this white circle.
  9. Adhere some snowflake sequins on card.
