Valentine Day Series #1 with Little Blue Button Stamps

For my first post this month with Little Blue Button Stamps I have made my husband’s Valentine Day card. My Focus in this  6 x 6 easel card is RagDoll Sweetheart Stars Watching.  I used my favorite purples and pinks to make this card.   I have used paper, felt and wood vaneers and embossed.  There is all kinds of texture going on also.  The hearts, flowers, and label dies are felt cut from dies (My Creative Time)  I have nestled my beautiful Ragdoll inbetween a scallop oval and an oval spellbinder die.  I embossed the oval with a new valentine wood grain stamp from recollection that just came out this month at Michaels.   The paper used is some plain cardstock and some paper I bought last year at Big a Lots, (the name is in my video)   Couple wood vaneer hearts and leaves.    Happy Valentine is also from My Creative Time.

Randy  is the star of this card.  The moment I saw this image I thought of a coworker,  he is so cute and funny and adores his wife.  I knew this would make the perfect image to make a card for him to give to her this Valentine’s Day.  She loved the surprise last year when he brought her a homemade card, so I am sure she is going to love this pop up card, from Sizzix.   Randy looks so cozy in his scarf and who wouldn’t love that big bouquet of flowers he has brought.   I used alot of  of pinks and greys.  My fellow design team member Steph is quite the enabler,  because the moment I saw her video with the stamps from recollections I had to go to Micheals and buy a couple,   I really like these hearts and embossed them with some homemade pink embossing glitter powder.  I used some sizzix heart dies and some dollar bin flowers.  The trim  I think is recollections also.  The sentiments come from My Creative Time.   Randy is colored with my copics as follows.
