New Website found and Copic Color Swap
Well as I was working on swap stuff overYour Paper Pantry, I wanted to join the Copic Coloring group, because I love my copics. Well this month was to use a 3d flower. Well this presented a challange because I have never made 3d flowers, easier to buy I guess. So I had to find a flower that would work. None of my stamps seem to work and I love digital, so I went on the search. I found this company called FRED SHE SAID. Oh my has all kinds of flowers and many done in layers so you can pop them up easily making them dimentional. Well I bought way more than I probably should have. Setteled on this one to make my 3D cards for the swap. Probably could have made more elaborate. But I wanted to showcase the flower and my favorite color Purple. The photo for some reason makes the card base look more blue, but trust me there is alot of purple on this paper. I also am in a butterfly kick right now, so used my DCWV “mariposa” paper.
Well found out as I was looking at FRED SHE SAID, they are also doing a design team call. So what the heck I will send her an email and hopefully she will consider me. I think it would be great, altough this is my flower stop no matter what. Hoping to take a copic class in June and this will enhance my shading and depth in my flowers. There are some great examples on her website also of the flowers. Hope if you need flowers you will give her a look. The website is http://fred-she-said-store.blogspot.com/. You can use the images for cutting out also. Will have to try soon to test my SCAL since I reinstalled it. Enjoy, I am off to the post office today.
