Loyal and True Navy Bound -

Well as this week quickly is winding down, I needed to make a quick card to mail to my son. My Son is serving on the USS Truman with the European forces against Isisis. I try to send him a package once a month with an encoding note so of course I had to get this stamp set, not real sure why I hadn’t gotten it sooner. Of course it works for anyone in the military, but I made mine all Navy!

1.I started with crumb cake card base at 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded to 4 1/4.
2.The added a night of navy base of 4 x 5 1/4.
3.Down the middle was a piece of DSP from Tranquil Texture 3 x 5.
4.The Military shawdow is stamped in Night of Navy on a crumb cake base measuring 2 1/2 x 4. This was secured to front.
5. For the sentiment I stamped it out with Night of Navy on crumb cake, then I used a label framelit from Lakeside Framelits and cut it out and cut out a different DSP piece from tranquil texture. I layered these together and popped them up on dimensionials.

I loved this sentiment. It is perfect. I am going to make some candles with this also for my booth.
