Christmas Gift Card Holders
For my continuing Christmas series I am making Gift Card Holders. These are simple to make for Christmas or any gift giving occasion. I gather my influence from Sandy Allnock. I am using 3 different stamp sets here for inspiration. I have an attached video to show you how I made this, plus the supply list for the this Holders below.
I start out with out with 4 1/2 x 11in paper. Score the paper at 4 1/2, 5 1/2, 6 1/2. Fold in half on the center score mark. Find you a die to cut out out the section for your gift card. I havr used the oval from the stitched framelits, the square would work well to. You can use label, or some other punches of you like. Make sure to leave enough space at the bottom to put your tape, so don’t place your die to low. You can see this in the video. You will place tape to secure the middle closed after its cut at the bottom, then fold the other two side closed to make card. Then it’s time to decorate from panel. I used the tree and reindeer from Santa Sleigh, then filled in with gifts, bear and stockings. I used the watercolor pencils to fill in some coloring. I placed whisper white panels on the inside also and decorated the top panel with the wreaths. The other two cards are made with Christmas Pines and Star of Night. The supply list is below for all these cards. Below is also a video of Santa Sleigh card. If you have any questions feel free to email me.
