Camper Christmas with Stampin Up

Hi Everyone!!   Continuing the Christmas Spirit  this July,  I have a new card using a camper.  My parents went camping this week, so I felt inspired.   This set is in the Annual Catalog carried over from the last years Holiday Catalog.   It is a great set to use for the whole year.  It has sentiments for all season long.  Plus comes in handy for your favorite camper,  we know who that will be in my family, so guess who this card is going to?
Well getting to it.  This card is the typical A2 size card.  There is a video below for you to watch, and also a supply list below with a  to my stampin up link open 24/7 days week.   If you have any questions or would like a catalog  feel free to email me at www.shanasweetsblog@yahoo.com
So keeping with Christmas Spirit we start with a piece of thick Whisper White 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded in half 4 1/4,  it is easier to score this because it is so thick, but defiantly use your bone folder to get a good crease.   Then layer your Cherry cobbler which I used a thinner layer this time,  4 1/8 x 5 3/8. Then the Garden Green layer on top of this will be my typical 4 x 5 1/4 layer,  I really like that extra pop of color under the layer.   Now before I go placing our Flags on Ifind it easier to stamp our little Christmas tree and snow man in the lower left hand corner of the green corner.  Then you can punch your angles out of the pieces of designer paper that are cut 1, 1 1/4, 1 1/2, in wide, approx 4 in long.  These all are placed to the right of our stamp images in corner.  And our large camper image will be stamped on a piece of thick whisper white 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 paper, and  will be place over the top portion of the card.  I chose to color my image with watercolor pencils and used a blender pen to smooth out.  You can use the water pen, but you are better off with watercolor paper if you do that.  Also if you using watercolor paper you can using ink pap and water pen.  You can color with just markers.  Lastly I stamped out the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler and punched out the the classic label punch and placed at bottom.   I hope you enjoy, this card.
