Aren’t These Birds Just Too Cute!

These cute little birds are just too cute, and just perfect for when you need to make a couple quick cards.   I needed a thank you card and didn’t have alot of time.  So Birds and Houses http://lbbstamps.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=67&product_id=108 comes with several great little images.    The first card was a 5 x 7 black card stock.  Used DCWV paperstack.  I left aprox 1/16 edge for the first layer of paper.  The floral paper I cut to 5 x 6.75, the size indicated by the Martha Stewart punch around the page indicated and used the Holly punch.  It left just enough for a great layer.  Used sizzix stamp and die for the thanks so much sentiment.  Some little sticker holly sprigs I had with a touch of ribbon.  The inside  I layered some more paper made a pocket for the label paper inside, for me to write a note inside.

This 5 x 7 card  with this beautiful birds feeding there babies was the perfect image for a sympathy card I needed for a coworker whos mother passed away.  I layered again on black paper. I used dies and sentiments  from my creative time on the outside and inside of the card.  I used doily and flowers to accent the front of the card.  You get so many great images in this one file, that I used another on the inside of the card, on top of a martha stewart doily.
