April Sweet Treat Foxy Friends -

This goodie from the Annual Catalog is sure to win your heart. This set doesn’t have any sentiment so you can pair it up with any sentiment you like. It does have a punch so you can build body parts or accent certain parts, which is what I have chosen to do.

1. Starting with Soft Suede cardbase 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded 4 1/4. Card is vertical.

2. Sahara Sand 4 in x 5 1/4 in is ran thru Seaside Embossing folder, adhere to card base.

3. Wood texture 2 in x 5 in is layered upon 2 1/4in x 5 1/4 Soft Suede. Before adhering to center of card front, Wrap piece of Burlap ribbon across bottom.

4. Stamp Soft Suede stump on crumb cake. Sitting Fox is stamped out in Pumpkin Pie twice. I then stamped eyes on one face and legs on the other body. Stamp out Heart bubble. Cut stump out, fox with legs out, and heart bubble. Either trim head out or use punch and punch head out.

5. Position Stump above trim and then fox on stump. I used dimentionals. I used another dimensional and placed extra head with eyes over fox head, for added dimension.

6. Using thin stitch rectangle sentiment from happy trails is stamped out and then banner s made on one end. Placed above the fox. Speech bubble is also placed by fox.

7. Layer whisper white sheet inside card.

1. Crumbcake 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in folded 4 1/4 in. This card is horizontal.

2. Romance Floral 5 in x 3 3/4 in is layered on Basic Grey 5 1/4 in x 4 in. Piece of Braided Linen Trim is placed 1/3 way down secured to the back, then secure these layers to the card base.

3. Stamp out tree with old olive on old olive and stamp one second generation also, you want at least 3 trees. I stamped the animal standing on all fours in smokey grey twice. Then on the face of the second one I stamped the mask in basic grey and eyes in memento black.

4. Position the trees to the left with the center tree popped up. The raccoon is popped up on dimentionals with the second face trimmed out and popped up.

5. Stamp 3 little mushrooms in right corner with crumb cake and then used cherry cobbler marker to color in tops.

6. Stamped out sentiment from Butterfly Gala on the everyday label punch. Punched out Basic Grey from same punch cut in half and secured behind sentiment to make shadow. Place on dimentionals and adhere to top of cad so that gap in shadow portion lines up with linen thread.
