Above the Clouds– Stencil Background Technique

1. Pretty Peacock  8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in card base folded 4 1/4 in horizontal.
2.  On Whisper White 5 1/4 in x 4 in using stencil and seaside spray ink,  sponge clouds all over  white paper.  Moving stencil around entire page, until you have the cloud cover you are happy with.  Attach this background piece to cardbase.
3.  Layer 3 7/8 in x 1 6/8 in of 2019-2021 DSP on 4 in x 1 7/8 in whisper white.   Place this on Cloud background.
4.  Stamp small hot air balloons in sky.
5.  Stamp large balloon on DSP and punch out with punch and place on front of card with dimentionals.
6.  Stamp sentiment on whisper white and punch out with classic label punch.  Layer on piece of classic label pretty peacock and place on front next to balloon.
